This device is designed for commercial spaces such as offices, restaurants, and retail stores. It can purify the air in spaces up to 1,500 square feet using our patented plasma technology to eliminate dust, pollen, mold, mildew, radon gas, COVID-19, Staph, Influenza, and particulate matter as small as 2.5 microns. Additionally, it features our exclusive proprietary Electrostatic Catalysis sterilizer system that eradicates viral, bacterial, and fungal hot spots prevalent in traditional filtration systems. The above is the overall structure of the product, which mainly consists of four parts:
1) High voltage power supply conversion: boost the external input power supply (110-220V) to
5000-6000V high voltage output;
2) Positive needle plate: consists of a positive electrode discharge needle and a positive
electrode bracket and is connected with the positive electrode of a high-voltage power supply;
3) Negative orifice plate: consists of a positive cylindrical round tube forming corona field and
a negative electrode opening plate, which is connected with the negative electrode of a high-
voltage power supply;
4) Rim: forms a support with the negative orifice plate and forms a closed air duct, so that all
the circulating air passes through the round orifice.

Product Description:

Equipment Size: Customized to match the actual shape and size of air conditioning system ducts (square, round, or special-shaped). The equipment integrates seamlessly without altering the original design, ensuring less than a 5% impact on wind resistance.

Power Intake: 110-220V. The equipment draws power from the air conditioner's fan. It starts disinfection when the fan is on and stops when the fan is off. For VRV fans, a pneumatic switch is required to detect airflow and control the equipment.

As shown in the figure, the air duct is sealed around the edge of the equipment, ensuring that all circulating air can only pass through one of the round holes mentioned above. The discharge needle of the equipment is positioned at the axis of each round hole, which is the central position from the cross-section. Currently, the radius of the round pipe in the equipment is 1.5 cm. The discharge needle, located at the center of the circle, discharges in all directions, and the discharge path is equal to 1.5 cm.

From the point of view of disinfection, the discharge intensity of the above-mentioned discharge
needle will far exceed the tungsten wire discharge of the original flat electrostatic field, thus forming
a strong corona field in the needle tip area, forming a strong catalytic effect on bacteria and viruses
passing through the air, and inactivating bacteria and viruses
